This is sort of embarrassing. I am 35 yrs old. I buy a big box of wipes at Sam’s club for $14 and that lasts me about 3-4 months. If I don’t use wipes while going to the restroom do relieve myself I normally have to worry about my behind itching me all day, especially in the summer. I shower daily too by the way.
is there anything else I can try?

Well i haved my psp slim 2000 with 6.20 OFW frimware and i wanted to make it CFW i buyed a pandora battery (in a box and packed and everything) and when i maked my memory stick MMS i puted my pandora in it and my psp wasnt able to turn on (i saw some people have a green light and no screen but i dont have nothing of it not even a green light) now i buyed a CFW phat psp 1000 and it works well but here pandora isnt working either (i maked MMS and puted it in) and not a green light here either…So are there any ways to help me out? thank you in advance

I am a 23/male and recently discovered i had a haemorrhoid which i know is down to poor diet…..but despite the lump there is a long bruised look around it which i presume is from it busting under the skin…its very dark looking….can anyone shed any light on whether or not that will actually go away just like a bruise does as it looks nasty and scary

I went on a vegan diet in march and lost 3 kilos in a month the scales said 81.7kgs last weekend. problem was I was starving so picked up the calories. One week later they say 83.5kgs how can I gain 2kgs in a week? They are digital scales and I notice they always hang around 83. When I incorporate weight training into my exercise plan. I mean toning not building, the scales never drop below 83 but I have lost 2 inches off my hips and 1 inch off my waist. Why does this constantly happen? I knock myself out with exercise and to see the same weight makes me not want to continue.
I am eating adequate amounts of protein with nuts and beans.
I dont have periods. And protein means nothing cos I lost weight on an all carb diet. This is the healthiest Ive eaten but 83kgs is all I get. Is it the scales?
